If a wine is suspected to be faulty or corked, please keep the contents in the bottle and reseal it so our specialists can verify the defect upon return.
Arrange Collection
We will coordinate a convenient time for our courier to collect the items from your address, or you may return them directly to any of our retail branches.
Receive Refund or Replacement
